We currently ship across India (Pan India).

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
Orders placed during sales, festive seasons, or promotional events may take longer due to high order volumes.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details via email or SMS.

Orders above ₹2,000: Free Shipping
Orders below ₹2,000: ₹100 flat shipping fee
International
Shipping charges vary based on destination and order weight.

5. Cash on Delivery (If Applicable)
Cash on Delivery (COD) availability depends on your delivery location.
Additional COD charges (if any) will be shown at checkout.
6. Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners will attempt delivery 2–3 times at the provided address.
If delivery fails due to:
Incorrect or incomplete address
Recipient unavailability
Non-response to courier calls
the shipment will be returned to us.
Re-delivery charges will apply for reshipping returned orders.
7. Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping details.
Cavenor will not be responsible for delays or losses caused due to incorrect address information.
8. Damaged, Delayed, or Lost Packages
If your package appears tampered with or damaged, please do not accept the delivery and inform us immediately.
For lost or undelivered packages, contact us within 3 working days of the expected delivery date.
Claims raised after this period may not be eligible for investigation or resolution.
9. Pre-Order / Made-to-Order Items
Products marked as Pre-Order or Made-to-Order will have extended delivery timelines, clearly mentioned on the product page.
These items cannot be cancelled or returned unless:
The product is defective, or
An incorrect item was delivered.
10. Force Majeure
Cavenor shall not be held liable for delays or failures in delivery caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, courier disruptions, or unforeseen events.
