1. Overview
We accept return requests placed within 7 days from the date you receive your order. Return requests made after 7 days will not be eligible for returns or exchanges.
Please Note:
Items purchased during any Sale or Promotional Offers are not eligible for return or exchange.
Customized or altered products are strictly non-returnable.
Jewelry and accessory items are non-returnable. However, if the item was received damaged or incorrect, we are happy to offer an exchange only if the issue is reported within 24 hours of delivery.
International orders (orders with a shipping address outside India) are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
2. Return Guidelines
To ensure a smooth return:
All items must be returned in their original packaging, with tags intact, and must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and undamaged.
Please reuse the original packaging to help protect the product during transit.
All return requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

Once your return request is approved, it normally takes 5–6 working days to complete the return process.
3. Wrong, Damaged, or Defective Items
We thoroughly inspect all items before dispatch. However, if you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect:
Notify us within 3 days of delivery.
To initiate a return or exchange due to damage, defect, or size issue:

Attach clear photos showing the issue.
📌 Important: Do not send the item without prior communication, as the package will not be accepted.
If approved, returns must be completed within 15 days of approval.
4. Hygiene Policy
We follow a strict hygiene policy to ensure safety for all customers.
4.1 Return Eligibility Based on Hygiene Standards
Returned products must be unworn, unwashed, and unused.
All original tags, labels, and packaging must remain intact.
Items showing any sign of:
Use
Stains
Perfume, makeup, or deodorant marks
Body odor
will not be accepted.
Garments should be tried on over clean clothing only.
4.2 Quality & Hygiene Inspection
Every returned item undergoes a quality and hygiene inspection before a refund or store credit is issued.
If a product fails inspection, it will be returned to you at your expense, and no refund or exchange will be processed.
5. Gifts
If your item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you:
You will receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
Once we receive the returned item and process it, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves:
The refund will be issued to the original purchaser (gift giver), and they will be notified.
6. Refund Options
Once your return is approved, you can choose one of the following refund options:
6.1 Store Credit
The equivalent amount will be credited to your Salasar Ethnic account.
Store credit is valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
